The Firehouse Inn originally built as the City Hall & fire station in 1925 for City of Rutherfordton. The extreamly well constructed building has been totally renovated and currently operated as an 7 room Bed & Breakfast with interior and exterior event spaces. In addition the current retail space could become a fantastic restaurant, wine bar, artist studio or art gallery. The current Owners will agreed to continue leasing the interior design studio for up to three years at market rent.
