There's a 30' ROW road that runs east-west along the north of the property that runs from Roscoe Rd east to almost Long Bayou and crosses the Expressway. That's why there's a median cut in the Expressway there.

It's about 1 mile south to the toll bridge. The same owner (me) also owns about 110 acres on the east side of the Expressway all the way to Long Bayou. A development such as Sandestin in Destin, Florida could be built here.

South Baldwin County resembles Myrtle Beach and Orlando in their younger days and many plans are being laid and developments are begining to be built in this area that is rapidly growing.

From the snow white beaches of Orange Beach to the south to OWA, the new Theme Park / Resort just a few short miles to the north in Foley and all of it connected by the "Baldwin-Beach" Expressway from Interstate 10 and soon to proceed north to connect with Interstate 65 coming from points north as far as Chicago and I-85 to Atlanta.
