The building was originally constructed for the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center, which occupied the facility until 2014 when they expanded their operations. Other tenants currently in place include the Internal Revenue Service, Hawes Financial Group and Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network. Marion County Health Department occupies the main floor and various second floor suites as their current facility is undergoing an extensive remodel. First floor of the building has a private entrance on the north side as well as access from the common lobby on the south side. Elevator access is provided to all 3 floors.
