CIMLS.com is the leading open commercial real estate listings service dedicated to creating a free and open exchange of information for the commercial real estate industry. We believe in creating a free database where our users can post their listings to be viewed by all interested customers free of charge. Unlike many other sites we do not charge members to view the properties of other members. Nor do we ever sell member names for ‘email blasts’.
To date, CIMLS.com has over 250,000 members and counting. Every month we receive 50,000 unique visitors to our database of over $50 Billion in commercial real estate properties. Nearly every top firm has a CIMLS.com membership including Sperry Van Ness, Century 21 Commercial, CB Richard Ellis, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Cushman & Wakefield, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus and Millichap, and NAI Global.

President
Izad has led CIMLS.com for over ten years. He oversees the strategic vision and partnerships for the firm.
Izad has over 20 years of re-inventing businesses to accelerate growth and new business creation. Experience includes small companies such as e1 Solutions with fewer than 100 employees, large companies such as Hewlett-Packard and non-profit organizations such as Clark County Chamber of Commerce.
Izad holds an MBA from the University of Oregon, a Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Iowa State University.

Cy Khormaee
Chief Executive Officer
Cy leads CIMLS.com’s product development and sales operations. He is responsible for the continuing growth of the firm and execution across all customer facing activities of CIMLS.com.
Cy has over eight years of experience in technology development and sales with the Microsoft Corporation and e1Solutions. He is currently an MBA Candidate at the Harvard School of Business.
Formerly he was a Technology Evangelist at the Microsoft Corporation focused on Social Computing. He is a much sought-after public speaker and regularly lectures at universities across the US. Prior to his role as an Evangelist, Cy was a Program Manager responsible for the analytics engines behind MSN.com and Windows Live Messenger ad sales.
Cy holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
