CIMLS Partner Program


Founded in 1999, Commercial Investment Multiple Listing (CIMLS) is a nationwide open commercial real estate marketplace with over $500 billion of commercial property listings and over 400,000 registered members. CIMLS Partner Program is key to serving member real estate investors.

The objective of CIMLS Partner Program is to develop strategic relationships with a limited number of premium real estate brokers in each geographical region. Partners will benefit by receiving qualified commercial real estate investor leads from CIMLS. In turn, CIMLS members will benefit from access to Partner’s local MLS listings and expertise.

Each Partner is assigned to a specific geographical region based on expertise, geographical area and MLS membership. CIMLS integrates a Partner’s regional MLS commercial listings into CIMLS.com, and any leads generated from those commercial listings will be automatically forwarded to the Partner. CIMLS encourages Partners to follow-up on prospective leads.

CIMLS Partner Program is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time by either CIMLS or its Partners without further obligations.
