This is a 1,500 sq. ft. clinic with at least five treatment/exam rooms, reception area, lab, and break room. This space is located in a medical complex campus (Newberg Medical Dental Center) that has a wide variety of practitioners for an excellent referral base. Presently there is no primary health family practitioner in this complex as this physician has retired. Excellent out patient diagnostic facilities are available at Providence Medical Center in town. The Newberg, Oregon area continues to grow with a diverse population and industry base. There exists a need for additional primary health care physicians in this market.
