A certain tract or parcel of land together with all buildings and improvements thereon and together with all rights ways, privileges and servitudes thereto appertaining carved out of a tract of land located in Sections 47 and 21 of Township 10 South, Range 4 East, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, containing and measuring One Hundred (100') feet, more or less, on KOL drive by a depth between equal and paraHel lines of Three Hundred Fifty Eight (358") feet, more or less, and being more particularly known, designated and described as Lots 9 of K.O.L. Industrial Park pursuant to a plat of survey thereof by Domingue, Szabo and Associates, Inc., dated November 3, 1980 and filed of record under original Entry No. 81-10933 of the records of the Lafayette Parish Clerk of Court; said property bounded on the whole on the North by Raymond Keating, heirs or assigns, on the South by KOL Dr. upon which it fronts, on the East by Lot 8 of said Industrial Park. and on the West by Lot 10 of said Industrial Park, LESS AND EXCEPT: the all of portion of lots 9 located fifty (50') feet or more from the rear of the building, which portion is one hundred (100') feet in width.
