Site Description: The site is bisected by Mink Street with 32 acres west of Mink and 112 acres east of Mink. Flat except for some roll into a creek that runs through the west side of the site. Currently all is farmed.

Zoning: The eastern 112 acres are zoned M-1 in Etna Township. This allows for office buildings, light industrial and some retail. The western 32 acres is zoned agricultural and is anticipated to be rezoned to a mixed use of commercial with a multi-family area.
